Memo
    Perspective from the President
“In my view, the successful companies of the future will be those that integrate business and employee’s personal values. The best people want to do work that contributes to society with a company whose values they share, where their actions count and their views matter.”
I couldn't have said it any better. Working to benefit those around us is not only a personal value but also the responsibility of our business. According to our corporate objective relating to citizenship, “we strive to live up to our responsibility to society by being an economic, intellectual and social asset to each community in which we do business.” And that's just it – part of “the Kensington Valley Systems difference” is our focus on being more than just an IT service provider – we're an active part of the Michigan community. We believe in Michigan and want to be a part of the State’s success. Not only is this community our home, it boasts tremendous potential and a thriving pool of technology businesses. Michigan is great place to work, live and raise family. It's our responsibility not only to support area businesses but also the cities, people and institutions that make our State great. We focus on developing the community and creating strong businesses.
After all, we follow the belief that you can't get anywhere without the help of others. That's why clients, employees and vendors come to us, and that's exactly why we're able to experience success. For us, “the Kensington Valley Systems difference” is more than just a saying. We work hard to be more than a faceless company, and I hope Kensington Valley Systems embodies a business you feel proud to be a part of. Moving forward, we will continue following our corporate vision while representing the ethics and interests of our valuable team. In other words, we'll keep our promises and we hope you will do same.
